Whitney and I braved the crazies and arrived at Barnes and Noble to wait in line for wrist bands at 7 am. They weren't handing them out until 9 so we watched Penelope while we waited. We were the second ones in line and knew we were going to get that dang book at midnight and not have to wait a million hours (unlike the book signing).
Sham, Amanda, Whitney, and I went to Cafe Rio for dinner. I was so sad that I won't be eating there until Christmas. We decided we couldn't handle anymore crazy people and saw Mamamia! instead of attending the "fun" activities at Barnes and Noble. We finally got there around 11:30. I was the only one in our group who could go inside (since I had the wrist band) and I weaseled my way to the front of the line. We were all impressed when I excited the building with 5 copies of the book at 12:03.
We rushed home to start reading. Amanda went to bed right when we got home, Sham lasted until two, I lasted until 3:30, and Whitney lasted until 4. We were all so tired the next day when we had to load up the moving truck but it was worth it for our last vampire hoorah.
Just for the record. I am not sick of hearing about Breaking Dawn!!!
