I was able to make it to my brother Keaton's last high school football game for Senior Night. He was one of the captains and got the loudest cheer when the seniors were announced (seriously). He has the best sense of humor and is one of the coolest kids I know. They read a blurb from each senior over the loud speaker - his thanks to my parents went a little something like this: "I'd like to thank A.V. from Tennessee and Dana the entertaina for lettin' me do my thang." I guess he also got the Adams family trait of thinking you're black (this is true. Ask Scott).
I was also able to make it to the Utah game! My bff Mal is the MUSS president this year and was able to finagle me a ticket on the front row. It was so great tailgating, singing Utah Man, and having the original front row reunite. They also recognized President Monson, a Ute, during a TV time out. Since the Ravens had a bye week, Paul Kruger came to watch his younger brother play (Paul Kruger now has a mullet). It was a tense game, with the Utes winning in over time. Don't worry, Coach Whit wanted overtime played in front of the MUSS so I was screaming my lungs out. I lost my voice and sounded like a man for two days. Love it.
