I think most people that read our blog already know, but we're having a boy!
As you can see, he wasn't shy at all during my ultrasound. I felt like we had to wait forever to find out what we were having (we found out when I was almost 21 weeks). The ultrasound went really well. Scott was able to make it so the tech actually walked through everything that she was looking at and checking. I had no idea what was going on but Scott enjoyed seeing the anatomy. Since the tech knew Scott is a resident we left with a bunch of pictures.
The babe was very active and was being so cute. It was so fun to see him moving around. We got to see him punching, kicking, sitting cross-legged, sucking his thumb, opening his mouth, his cute little feet (he definitely has the Adams' wide paddle foot), and, being very boyish already, touching his genitals. He measured to his due date of March 16th during the ultrasound and at my last appointment my stomach was still measuring to the day.
I've been feeling great! Other than I am a little more tired than usual and always hungry not too much has changed. Recently I have been having a hard time bending over/getting up quickly. I'm sure that will only get worse as time goes on.

Baby is pretty quiet during the day but is super active in the evening and at night. And no, we're not really any closer to figuring out a name than we were weeks ago...le sigh.
You look so cute!

ReplyDeleteSuch a cute mama! I'm excited to hear what name you'll pick! Please don't name it Apple or Banana (although Banana sounds kind of appealing... HA).
ReplyDeleteYou are darling! We are getting so excited to meet him!
