The Payoff

At about 7:00 last night I learned that I will be among the entering class of 2008 for medical school! Penn State University offered me the opportunity to join their ranks next autumn. I am stoked out of my mind! After such a long and arduous journey, it is so nice to know I'm going somewhere. I am so grateful for the support of family and friends, and chances are if you're reading this you are among them. WOO HOO!

    Congrats, man. You'll be slicing people open and paying through the nose for malpractice insurance in just a few short years!

    By the way, I purchased MST3K: The Movie this week and it made me think of you. Ah, good times.

    As excited as I am to see you got accepted to medical school it also makes me sad to think I'll probably never see you again when you leave. Maybe I'll take the MCAT without any studying and try to get it. Waddya think?

    I can't wait to come visit you guys at Penn State! My thoughts were more along the lines of Ashley...chocolate! :) Then you can come visit us and go to Busch Gardens and see all that cool Colonial stuff. What do ya think? CONGRATULATIONS!

    Wow, it's good to know people still read this every now and then. Thanks! Wendy, I think I will have to start watching House to get a better sense of professional decorum in medicine. Davis, I don't know that I'll never see you again. I still have to interview at the U of U. Healys, I think it would be pretty cool back east. From what I hear, you guys are having a good time out there. I can't wait to see where we'll end up.
