The Ultimate Irony

If you had Alzheimer's, what would you want to do with your copious amounts of free time? One of the old ladies at my work found herself in this position and decided she wanted to play a game. What kind of game was she in the mood for? A trivia game.

Can you conceive of an activity an Alzheimer's patient would be more ill-suited for? I don't think she grasped why I started laughing. We ended up settling for pick-up sticks.

  2. Well, at least she won't remember you laughed at her...

  3. You know, she probably would have killed you at that trivia game. The worst part about it would've been how she couldn't even gloat in the victory after she forgot it, but you'd be left smarting for weeks.

  4. At least she didn't ask you to play "Memory" with her :)
