Intercourse

After Scott's White Coat Ceremony we decided we had just enough time to head to Amish country, more specifically Intercourse. We also drove through Bird-in-hand. Sadly, by the time we got there all of the stores and buggy rides had closed so we were unable to procure some sweet souvenirs. We did, however, stalk a few Amish buggies, find the town park, and eat at a restaurant where a few of the Amish were also eating. Their buggies are so cool. They have flashers and at night they have lights they turn on so they can see. The first picture is my fav. Amanda has some sweet photo skills.

    I was wondering when you were going to update your dang blog. Hershey, PA definitely looks more exciting than boring old SLC, UT (or should I say SL,UT??). I mean, we have polygamists out here.. but you have the AMISH!! You totally win.

    I can't wait to come out and visit! Tell Dr. Johnson I say hello :D

    Yay-- I'm glad you're finally out here! We actually passed by Hershey last weekend on our way to Palmyra. We'll have to make another trip up to see you guys. You're always welcome in DC if you're up for the trip. Congrats on the move!

    ps-- you simply have to find some sort of memorobelia that says "I heart Intercourse"... I know they exist-- I've seen them!
