It is dried beef gravy that is served over toast. I was a little leery when I heard the name but everyone I talked to said it was their favorite homemade dish that their mom made. Our lovely friend Amber is from Pennsylvania and offered to make it for us.
It was delicious! We are now definitely fans of Dried Beef!
The name makes me think of those little meat-colored particles in cup-o-noodles. I'm sure that dish is much better though. :)
