We're home owners!
February was a very busy month for Scott at work so he wasn't able to take time off. My dad flew out here to help me look at houses and keep me company on the 5ish hour drive. It was a quick trip but at least we were able to stop at Jim's in Philly for cheese steaks.

We looked at 8 houses and narrowed it down to 2, though the one we bought was the front runner. After talking to Scott we decided to go with this one and made an offer. My dad was a huge help with the whole process. Luckily everything went smoothly and now we're just waiting to officially close in May.
